All the products are quality checked before shipping. In case you receive damaged item please notify (with an un-packaging video as proof) within 5 business days. Any product with considerable damage will be replaced free of cost.
If the package is returned because the address provided was not correct, the brand is not responsible for re-shipping. Shipping charge will need to be paid before we can ship the package again. If you choose to cancel the order instead the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
